Default Stats says 403 forbidden

Stats is working fine on the other website while it says 403 forbidden on some.

Anyone know what's the problem? Or where can I find the log for this. When i look at its website error log under ispconfig/httpd/example.com/error.log it just says no files found. I think there's should be other log that will tell me the exact error. I also found that there is no files under web/stats folder.

The log for a website is inside the log folder of the website.

This is what it says in the log files:

Quote:
2013/06/21 16:58:31 [error] 20562#0: *251026 no user/password was provided for basic authentication, client: 192.168.1.1, server: example.com, request: "GET /stats HTTP/1.1", host: "example.com"
2013/06/21 16:58:35 [error] 20562#0: *251026 directory index of "/var/www/example.com/web/stats/" is forbidden, client: 192.168.1.1, server: example.com, request: "GET /stats/ HTTP/1.1", host: "example.com"
Why is it forbidden? It seems webalizer does not copy the intended files under web/stats folder.

Update*

There's some problem with the file permission that's why the error is 403 forbidden.

After fixing the file permission, the correct error now is:

Quote:
2013/06/21 22:39:04 [error] 3455#0: *8 no user/password was provided for basic authentication, client: 192.168.1.1, server: example.com, request: "GET /stats HTTP/1.1", host: "example.com"
2013/06/21 22:39:09 [error] 3550#0: *27 open() "/var/www/example.com/web/stats" failed (2: No such file or directory), client: 192.168.1.1, server: example.com, request: "GET /stats HTTP/1.1", host: "example.com"
