Default Vhosts missing in sites-available

Rebooted my server today for maintenance, only to find Apache horribly broken on reboot.

All of my sites-enabled symlinks appear to be there but there are no .vhosts in sites-available. Other than that the system appears to be okay, all data in the ISPConfig DB looks okay.

Is there any way to regenerate the .vhosts files from a script in ISPConfig? I don't like the idea of having to recreate them all manually!
