Default Client Denied by Server Configuration

I just installed ISPConfig3 on Ubuntu 13 and now I am getting a client denied by server configuration. This was a fresh Amazon VM and I've installed ISPConfig a bunch of times and never had an issue. I've reviewed the conf file and can't seem to see what is causing the error. Help!

Default

I found the problem you need to install a different version of the fcgi wrapper than what is installed:

apt-get install libapache2-mod-fcgid

Restart apache and all is good.

Note this is only for Ubuntu 13.04, I've used 12 and 10 instructions without fail
