Default Backup - Restore

Good morning,
I have a virtual machine (VMware GSX) who would like to migrate to a new ESX server. ISPConfig 3 latest release. Have any of you done a server migration? If you can not migrate the server directly using the vmware converter tool, any of you have used some script to back & restore server ispconfig3?

thanks

Fino

Can't you just move the VM to the new server?
