Default Ftp

Hi, I have a problem with my FTP account.
I can not delete or edit, move a file. "permission denied"

What to do?

What is the exact path that you try to move a file? FTP users can only upload / move/ eit file sinside the "web", "private" and "cgi-bin" folders of a website.

Now is even worse, I reinstall and I don 't get over me connect to my ftp!

Here is the error I get:

Response: 530 Login authentication failed

What to do?

Is this a virtual machine or a physical server?
