Default permission denied on copy files into web1 folder

I'm using version of ISPConfig and need to copy some files in the folder web1 outside the web folder, but the system displays the message "permission denied".

What can I do to copy?

System > Server Config > pick the server containing web1 folder > Web tab > Permissions at bottom of page > Uncheck "Make web folders immutable" > Save
