Default Cluster Setup: sync databases and (re)create records

Hi,

I've installed a cluster system, following this great tutorial.
The mirror server then had some issues and i decided to reinstall everything. It went well, and everything works again, except that only new entries (DNS records, webusers etc.) get created in dbispconfig2 and as records on the mirror server, not older ones.

So i have two questions:

1. Is there an easy way to sync dbispconfig1 and dbispconfig2, or do I have to do that manually?
If I have to it manually, are there things I need to consider?

2. Is there a way, to create DNS-Records etc. that aren't there on the mirror server, or somehow force it to recreate everything?
If this has to be done manually, what is to consider?

Thanks in advance!
