Default Issues with upgrades - dovecot/postfix (minor bug)

I don't know if this is even something that can be fixed, but a pet peeve of mine is how the ispconfig upgrade process happily destroys my dovecot and postfix configuration files without even asking. I have to make sure that I've made backups of them, run the upgrade, copy the backups back into place, then reload both dovecot and postfix.

I can't be the _only_ person that has custom locations for ssl certificates, as well as customisations for RBL's and allow lists..

Hi,
The question "Reconfigure Services" was the problem, default is Yes. From this moment you will remember it.
