Default Multi Server Concept Feasibility

I would like to setup ISPConfig 3 in a multi server environment in the below flavor

CentOS 6.4

2 front end webservers behind a loadbalancer
1 Large Database Server

All the guides I have found have been 1 webserver and the other functions broken up amongst multiple.

Is it possible to administrate that site with ISPConfig?

The two front end web servers will do all the functions other than the Percona SQL server. Will use NGINX with Apache proxied behind it, MEMCACHE for caching, and thinking of an opcode cache, but havent decided.. goingt o be a large magento site

Am I off in thinking this ISPConfig setup will work?
