Default Rewrite nginx snippefs for clients?

Hello,

I am trying to add some rewrite rules for nginx being a client and not the server owner.

Normally with apache this is done via .htaccess mod_rewrite directives.

For nginx I think I should use the snippets but they are not available on a client control page.

So, how do I do them *as client* ?
