Default Questions about the tutorial "Installing A Web, Email & MySQL Database Cluster [...]"

Hi first of all thanks for all the great work you are doing here. I'd like to ask some question about this tutorial http://www.howtoforge.com/installing-a-web-email-and-mysql-database-cluster-on-debian-6.0-with-ispconfig-3

1 - Does it work with 2 Ubuntu 12.04 servers (nginx) configured with this tutorial http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-se...ot-ispconfig-3 If not what adjustments should I make?

2 - Do the servers need to be in the same subnet? Can I do it for example with 2 VPSs from 2 different providers (to increase availability)

3 - If in the future I want to add a third server, how can I do it?

Thanks
