Default Awstats conf being reset

Changed the Awstats config file for a domain - adding the "SkipHosts" parameter so that it doesn't include my development logins in the stats produced.

Yesterday checked the stats after cron.d ran and surprised to see my IP address logins from the previous day still there. Had a look at the file and the SkipHosts parameter had disappeared. So I made the changes again adding SkipHosts. And now the SkipHosts pararmeter has disappeared again. Does ISPConfig regenerate the website specific awstats conf file everyday?
