SPF records problem

Hi folks,
i'm using ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS in my VPS and i'm trying to set up spf records i have followed every single step in this tutorial

with two methods perl and python but didnt work when i send email test with this useful tool:

it says Result: none (No applicable sender policy available), any suggestions is appreciated plz help i'm stuck

Did you set up an SPF records in the domain's nameservers?
