Default 3.0.5 error - DNS server only

Seems that the new APS installer is acting naughty.
One node in our cluster that has only DNS/Bind installed on it complains about APS with this error message.

Replication failed. Error: (aps_packages) in MySQL server: (localhost) Table 'dbispconfig.aps_packages' doesn't exist # SQL: REPLACE INTO aps_packages (`id`,`path`,`name`,`category`,`version`,`release` ,`package_url`,`package_status`) VALUES ('1','Aerial Chat-6.31-4.app.zip','Aerial Chat','Collaboration/Chat','6.31','4','http://apscatalog.com/1/aerialchat.sourceforge.net/Aerial%20Chat/6.31-4.aps?arch=undefined&packager=swsoft.com&os=undefi ned&platform=undefined','2')
