Default Problem when i begin install.

I follow and do all the step of these tutorial, http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-se...ot-ispconfig-3

when I begin to install the ispconfig3 in step 3 i receive a error What can i do ?
Can you help me to check this problem ?
I install squirrelmail and is runing on my server if you want some screen or file please tell me .

Php is running because squirrelmail work ! I post my server screen
