Default Admin Panel Issue

After I've changed the mysql password, I rebooted the machine and now I can't acess http://mymachineip:81 (the admin panel). Is there anything I can do to bring that back and also, how do I navigate to /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/lib/ to change the mysql password there also?

Ok, as I said, i'm a newbie and I didn't know i have to start the isp config server.
Now i can connect to http://domain:81 but still i can't figure out how to nav to /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/lib/ and change the mysql password there also.
