Admin Panel Issue

After I've changed the mysql password, I rebooted the machine and now I can't acess http://mymachineip:81 (the admin panel). Is there anything I can do to bring that back and also, how do I navigate to /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/lib/config.inc.php to change the mysql password there also?

Ok, as I said, i'm a newbie and I didn't know i have to start the isp config server.
Now i can connect to http://domain:81 but still i can't figure out how to nav to /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/lib/config.inc.php and change the mysql password there also.

You can edit the file with

vi /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/lib/config.inc.php

If you are new to the vi editor, it is probably better to download the file to your local computer (e.g. with WinSCP), edit it there and upload it again.
