Default clamav won't update

A while ago i followed the perfect server setup for debian.

Last week i tried to upgrade some stuff, but the upgrading won't get past the following message:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

clamav (0.97.5+dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=medium

This release of clamav no longer ships signature files in clamav-base so
no signatures are available until after freshclam has run and downloaded
them. This is an upstream change.

I did try to uninstall, but as soon as i want to reinstall, i get stuck at the same message.

Anyone knows how to solve this?
