fix broken replication

I get the following error on all slaves, preventing them from updating:

02.02.2013-15:53 - ERROR - Error in Replication, changes were not processed.

I created a module but deleted it afterwards, manually deleting the table in the ISPConfig DB. Is their a way to resolve this?
