Problem with ispconfig3 than update from svn

i checked updates from svn and now get this errors

I have /var/backup data from ispconfig, but how restore them. Replace /usr/local/ispconfig it's ok, change db, but how change etc.

In /var/backup /etc/ folder all data, or some modifications?
