Default ISPConfig 3.0.5 update, control panel not working

I've been running since it came out without any errors. Thought that I'd try the 3.0.5 RC and now I cannot access the control panel. I'm running on openSUSE 12.1.
This is the error I get when I try and web to the panel:
"Premature end of script headers: index.php".
As part of the update it did do a backup and the 3 files are in the /var/backup folder. But I could not find any instructions on how to restore those 3 files so I can take it back to the way it was before I did the update.
