Host put me in black list.

I recently installed the server Perfect Ubuntu + Postfix + Dovecot. I had some problems with the setup, but it's all right, I guess. Now mail is sent but there are problems with the recipient.Recipient reads all my emails as spam. Can someone help me in this matter.I will provide any information on demand.That's what the recipient's server, said to me in the beginning:

550-Message rejected. Spamscore threshold (100 points) reached. Spamscore is 550-110! Details: Suspicious e-mail address; Suspected PTR DNS record points 550 to dynamic IP pool; Untrusted domain zone; HELO not equals Hostname; (in reply to RCPT TO command)

After several attempts, the receiving server wrote to me:

550 Connection closed. IP [93.116.83.7] is listed in Blacklist (in reply to MAIL FROM command)

Do you use a dynamic IP? Most dynamic IPs are blacklisted; in this case you'd have to set up relaying: http://www.howtoforge.com/postfix_re...her_mailserver

I use The Perfect Server - Ubuntu 12.10 (Apache2, BIND, Dovecot, ISPConfig 3). That will not affect work of my server?

I mean some settings can affect work of ISPConfig. But how I see no dependence.
Ok my IP is static, not dynamic. If I don't have a relay server what I can do? Exist other ways?

How can I see what is in HELO? Why my domain is placed in Untrusted domain zone? Where can I change PTR DNS records? on DNS Records of my server? what I must write on this records?
