Default Replication on new DB server after install/upgrade to 3.0.5

Set up a new multiserver ispConfig network by first installing 3.0.46 and then upgrading to 3.0.5 RC1.

1 standalone ispConfig Server
1 mail server
1 web server
1 mysql server

Everything went well until I added my DB server. After adding and then upgrading and the then logging in and going to monitor, I have all green except for this error on my mysql server: (see attached)

I looked at the mysql DB on the mysql server I added and it has that table and the fields but its empty with no data.

I did actually go to the ispconfig server logged in as admin and update the package list for the APPS before I added the mysql server, but that should not have cause a problem, should it? Not sure how to proceed.
