Default Server web intergace access

Hi every one, I don't know that I will explan very much what I whant to do, but I'll do my best.

So, I have a ISPConfig 3 server who runs smooth for sometime - my question is: there is a way making the web interface of ISPC3 respond only on one record (Ex: https://isp.meandme.ro:8080), and not on every domain hosted on the server?

Thanks in advance. If this is explained in the ISPC3 manual can you point the chapter for me

Sorry for the spelling in the title.
