Many things can be done by custom template stored in conf-custom instead of /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/web/vm/templates/openvz.conf.tpl and

Add one textarea field, where we can write what we need, for example Devices, devnodes, iptables, netif etc...

I think it is simple to make this.

Probably you can change Capabilities field from input to textarea and rename it.
