The next version is 3.0.5.4 which will be released sooon, this is the last bugfix release of the 3.0.5 series. Then we will work on the 3.0.6 release, I expect first alpha/beta versions of 3.0.6 in mid 2014.

Do you see a problem if I manually install postgresql for one client and manually give him a DB and then an ISPCFG version that supports postgresql come along?

This should not cause any problems.
