Backup...
Hi there,
When ISPC doing backup, it doesnt take database and files in it...
1) If i open a SQL backup, the file is empty. Always, with every user.
2) When i open a files backup, i dont see files form root (index.php, configuration.php), i see only directories. And not only from root. Try to install joomla, and than run backup. You will understand what i mean

1) Check that the mysql root password in /usr/local/ispconfig/server/lib/mysql_clientdb.conf is correct and that the mysqldump command is installed.
2) This depends on the settings that you choose for the backup under System > Server config > Backup mode.

1) And the command I asked for is installed?
2) This setting instructs the backup script to exclude all files from the backup that are not owned by the website user. So the backup works eaxctly as it should work by excluding files owned by root. All files uploaded by a client are owned by the client users, such files shall never be owned by root, if you want to include files owned by root, then chaneg the backup type setting.
