Default Secure FTP advise

Greetings!

I need to build a secure FTP box for my company. The server will only host an FTP server and maybe the webmin application.

What would be the best steps to do this or which "HowTo" can I grab and modify?

I would like to use Ubuntu 12.04 or 12.10.

Thanks!
