How to control the spam

I have a problem.
In my server I have a lot of domains. Each one has some email address.
The services hosted are different.
I have 2 ecommerce. Each one send to "info" email with requests by the clients but this email messages are sent from "info" to "info".
All this messages are putted in spam and we lost a lot of messages.
I have created a "sender" address, but the messages are everyday putted in spam.

Do you have a suggestion in order to set correctly the spam control?

I use ISPConfig 3.0.4.6
