Reinstall ispconfig 3 with apache

I installed ispconfing3, a long with nginx, on centos 6 .Now, due to the effect of nginx on websites, I want to migrate to apache. Please let me know weather we can install ispconfing3 with apache or not, without losing the settings of websites.

apache and nginx use a different setup, you will have to reinstall the server if you want to switch from nginx to apache.
