Question [Solved] How does ISPC use pure-ftpd-mysql?

I am currently looking at reinstalling my main ISPC server.

It is the occasion to get rid of stuff that have been installed but is no longer used...

And as I can see, pure-ftpd-mysql is a dependancy of ISPC (at least, it is aked to install it in all of the How Tos in HTF).

So my question is: What is the purpose of logging pure-ftpd to MySQL? Does ISPC actually read the logs? What for?

I hope that's not for quota management, as everyone knows that managing the disk usage quotas management has to be done at the operating system level.

Thanks in advance!
