Default split horizon DNS on ispconfig

We host several web applications and development versions of websites in local server at office. DNS data is on another server outside of office, every server have ISPConfig 3 installed.

The problem is I cannot access office applications, when in the office, on the same network. All I see is the router administration screen. To access office applications I need to change hosts file of every client.

I learned that I need to define "split DNS" data for this. so it will point to different IP'si for clients in the same network and outside. Can I define this data with ISPConfig 3? If not how can I implement this, any clues will be valuable.
