Default Pureftpd,How to control the different user with different permission?

How to control the different user with different permission?
I installed ftpserver on CentOS(Use pure-ftpd and MySQL,and use User manager for PureFTPd to managment the virtual users.the client login ftp with the virtual user.)
But now,the user's permission can't controlled very good.
I want control the user's permission like this:
1、The user can upload、rename and delete of their own file.
2、The user can upload, but can't rename and delete of their own file.
3、The user can upload, rename and delete any file.

How I can configuration the pure-ftpd's configfiles?
