Apache2, a virtual mailserver no longer working

Hi,

I had followed the guide for Ubuntu 12.04LTS and jsut recently I noticed the connection getting dropped to my server so i rebooted and now i cant connect to the IMAP or pop3 server the mail.log isnt showing anything but:

authdaemond: modiles="authmysql", daemions=5
authdaemond: installing libauthmysql
installation complete authmysql

I also cant get to one of my websites that i use virtual hosting for, it just says "This website is temporarily unavailable, please try again later. "

What is happening?

What are the outputs of

netstat -tap

and

iptables -L

?

Got it to work, go daddy changed the DNS listing so all my domains pointed to their servers, instead of mine. Anyway, thanks for a great tutorial!
