Default Migrate single servers to multi-server
Is there a procedure to transfer extisting mailboxes, web sites etc on a single server to incorporate the server into a multi-server config.

Note:
I have A multi master
B multi-slave
C single with www + mail etc
D single with www + mail etc.

I want to end up with A multi master
B slave
C slave
D slave

(all on Centos 5.5 ISPconfig 3.03)
