Default Installed ISPConfig 3 with Nginx, can I still switch to Apache2?

Hi guys,

I just installed ISPConfig 3 today with Nginx, not knowing that I need apache for Python support.

Is it still possible to switch easily, can I follow the tutorial steps and rerun the ISPConfig 3 install script, or is there an easier way?

Thanks!

Nevermind, figured out it's as easy as uninstall.php

Apache and nginx use a different configuration and php setup, so you can not switch from apache to nginx or nginx to apache without reinstalling the server. If you do it by just uninstalling php as you described above, the nginx setup will still be on your server and it might be that the system will be unstable later, so if your system is aproduction server and not just a test system, I would reinstall it from scratch.

Get ISPConfig support and the ISPConfig 3 manual from ispconfig.org.
