Web Filtering On Squid 3 With QuintoLabs Content Security 1.4 And Windows Active Dire

I'm trying to follow the squid 3 with quintos and ad authentication, however i'm running into the error messages below when trying to start squid. Any thoughts?

FATAL: ERROR: Invalid ACL: acl auth proxy_auth REQUIRED
