Can't receive eMails

I've followed it step by step from scratch for several times now, but I still can't figure out what causes this one problem: I can't receive emails. I can send them (with Squirrelmail or Thunderbird), but I can not receive any.

In ISPConfig: I've created a domain, I have created a mailbox and so on... It actually seems to work well, but here's what mail.log says about incoming emails:

And no, there actually is no Linux-user called "info", but I've created a corresponding mailbox in ISPConfig, so it should still work... but it doesn't. It also does not work properly for existing Linux-users.

Any ideas would be really appreciated!

postfix/local...

Postfix is trying to send email to the local system user info, maybe email from some daemon running in your system.

Try to edit /etc/aliases and add:

info: email@domain.tld

And run:

newaliases

You can't connect to the remote server. Reasons are firewall issue or your isp is blocking the port 25. Check your firewall, open port 25 and test again.

Final step is asking your isp

I scanned ports with port scanner:

Scanning ports on 78.61.112.147

78.61.112.147 is responding on port 25 (smtp)

and as I can see port 25 is opened....

Thank you for your answer. But this does not quite solve the problem. The incoming email does not bounce now and is put into the mailbox of the specified local system user (/var/spool/mail/username).
This is not what I want. I have created virtual Mailboxes in ISPConfig and I want those emails to go there.

With Thunderbird, for instance, I can only log in (via IMAP) with the username and password of the virtual Mailboxes created in ISPConfig, but not with the credentials of local users. So this works fine for outgoing emails, and I can also send emails from those Mailboxes.
But how can I tell Postfix / SMTP not to handle incoming emails on their own but to ask ISPConfig what to do?

The solution:
In my /etc/postfix/main.cf, I've changed

mydestination = mydomain.net, localhost, localhost.localdomain

to

mydestination = localhost, localhost.localdomain
