Default Change Spam Folder on Mailbox level

Hello.

I use Debian 6, postfix, spamassesin and amavis like described in the perfect server guide.

I have configured Roundcube as webmail clinet and there you can set which folder should be used to put spam mails to.

While Roundcube will move my flagged mails to the correct folder, ISPconfig will continue to move spam to the .Junk folder.

Is it possible to configure ISPConfig / spamassesin or amavis to use a different folder for spam?
Is is possible to configure this for each mailbox separately?
