I do everything what was in this tutorial

I replace from /var/www/ index.html ,then put joomla installation package.
I have problem with the main site, after
http://example.com
or
https://example.com
or
http://example.com/INSTALL.php
I have blanc site, after
http://example.com/installation/
site starts but show: Restricted access (Joomla massage).
What I should to do?? I want that my main site starts in /var/www/ after putting
http://example.com
and
http://192.168.1.1
.

Did you install ISPConfig? If so, create virtual host with ISPConfig and install Joomla in that vhost.

The problem was in installation script, because I try with joomla 1.5.20.
1.5.25 works fine. Now I try to migrate 2.5.6
