Default intermediate ssl certificate

Hi,

i installed a ssl-certificate from startssl.com - works.

using a ssl-cert-check like this, it shows an error because i have not installed a so called intermediate certificate.

when securing my ispconfig installation, i just added two lines in the apache config. If i manually change the vhost-file in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/ it works, but gets overwritten by ispconfig

i am using ispconfig 3.0.4.6 on ubuntu/apache
