MODULE: ispc-route53

Hi fellow ISPClers,
I want to move all my domains to Route 53 in the future. The configuration and automation by ISPConfig 3.x and later via the API will be essential for me. This module will replicate the functionality of the default dns module while using the Route 53-API as the backend.
