web, mail, mysql cluster. debian

I've got two server with web, mysql, email cluster. running Debian Squeeze, apache, mysql, postfix, dovecot.
Web and mysql is updated all the time. If I replace a file on main server, the slave is updated almost at the same time.

But with my email servers it's another story.
Master: every email account and emails is stored.
Slave: Onlye account folders is stored.

If I use webmail from slave, I can log in and send emails from every address.
But I cant resieve any.

Check the unison configuration file and ensure that /var/vmail is part of the synchronisation.
