Question Plain login imap pop3 dovecot

Hello!

I have ISPCOnfig3 final, Ubuntu 12.04LTS
Dovecot, Sieve
It is possible to use non plain login for dovecot?
Or password have incrypted in DB?

It is only for security reasons.
I try to configure Windows Mail as Log on using secure password authentication.
But have error.

The passwords in the DB are encrypted for security reasons. You can use login methods plain and login. For security reasons ispconfg does not support to store unencrypted passwords in its database. To additionally secure the connection, select tls in your windows mail client.
