Default How do ftp users get added?
i have added a client, named mike, but he cannot login via ftp.

used: The Perfect Server - Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Apache2, BIND, Dovecot, ISPConfig 3)

I looked in mysql under ftp users, and there are 0 records listed.

What needs to be done to have users added to FTP? i didnt see anything really in the interface that had anything to do with FTP.
