Default Need Suggestions About ISPConfig3

I need some advice and input from the users of ISPConfig 3.
I have a new use of ISPCONFIG3 and I want to plan for the implementation of this ISPCONFIG3 WebHosting Control Panel.
And I want to ask whether the ISPConfig3 this website allows us to create more than one domain and is also support to create DNS.
Because according to what I read from this web ISPConfig3 we can do.
I have tried but can not test, do as I am using Private IP (Local IP) is not a Public IP. DNS is also a private IP also use a local domain and whether to use the Public IP? I have a bullet or another setting?
Unfortunately using Ubuntu OS version 12:04
ISPConfig3 version
Tutorial that I use is: http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-se...ot-ispconfig-3
