Default FTP problem in ISPConfig.

Hello HowToForge community.
I installed ISPconfig following the perfect server guide for debian. Then I create the ftp users, I can't login. pure-ftpd in verbose (debug mode), it was complaining about database, so I created the database for it, and the table. But then I create users in ISPConfig they are not added in the database. So what kind of authentication method ISPConfig uses ? Or am I doing something wrong ?

I tried connecting over plain FTP, and FTP over TLS, reinstalled the ftp server, nothing. I have no more ideas how to make the ftp users to work, could someone help ?
