php-fpm default process manager

Hello,

I did some test and research with nginx + php-fpm using process manager in ondemand mode. Is just a dream!

There aren't children at startup (0). Using dynamic mode and a few customers you are lost, tons of process will eat your memory.

ondemand is amazing, children are forked with new connections and after timeout, return to 0!! Default idle_timeout is set in 10 seconds!!!

Please consider ondemand for ispconfig.

I've implemented this (in SVN) yesterday. But the default process manager is still dynamic because for ondemand, you need PHP version 5.3.9 or newer.

I've added a drop-down field where you can select static, dynamic, or ondemand.

Good point. A drop-down is a nice idea for support all pm modes.
