admin password doesn`t change

Hello,

I have just migraded from a crashed server to a new one.

I didn`t have any trouble login in to the control panel, nor the sql databases.

All the websites load fine, email workes, phpmyadmin also but i can`t login anymore to the control pannel now.

I looked on this foruum and found a post to reset it, but this doesn`t work..

could somebody please advise?
