Vacation Response at the bottom of email

I'm getting complaints from users who set-up the vacation responder because their vacation response gets added to the bottom of the email.

For instance, when I sent an email to a test email account that had the vacation responder enabled and this is what I received in return:

I will be on vacation until this Friday.

As you can see, the vacation response is added to the bottom of the email and not the top. Can this be fixed?

Which imap server do you use?

We use CourierIMAP

I noticed while searching around the Linux server the file called "autoresponder.master".

Are you able to change where the autoresponse is located there?
